I'm an ex-teacher, present day IT-specialist, part-time interpreter, guide, free-lance writer and handmade artist grown up and living in Kamchatka, Russia. As a guide I have a great opportunity to explore Kamchatka, one of the last places on Earth where untouched nature still abounds. Whenever I have time, I also enjoy travelling independently around the world. I like to travel on a tight budget, see non-touristy places and explore new spots through the eyes of a local. I believe in travels as an eye-opener, a way to broaden one's horizont and fight stereotypes!
