I discovered my love for travelling in a truly unfortunate way. I was in the final year of my degree in the UK and went to travel with a friend of mine who had taken a year out and my outlook on life changed entirely. For the first time, I was without bounds. I was absolutely free and I'd found happiness beyond what I thought was possible. I dived with sharks at the Great Barrier Reef, took a tour of Fraser Island, and even got a small taste of the wonders of South East Asia. Then, just five short weeks later, I had to leave. I said some difficult goodbyes and returned to Durham to finish my degree. In what were quite easily the most difficult months of my life, I started to plan my next great adventure. From here, my dream grew, the dream of travelling indefinitely and inspiring others to do the same.
