The rafting coach is usually very experienced, he will start by teaching the basic of rafting, how to make the boat move forwards and backward and the commands used during the whole rafting trip.
Once the journey starts, the participants will be plunged into the “Hydraulic”, “First Cannon”, “Second Cannon”, “Last rapid” and others. All these are the specific terms used when doing water rafting. Every rapid fall is full of fun and excitement for those passing through it on their rafts. Participants will listen to orders from the rafting coach such as “Paddle forwards”, “Paddle backward”,” Move to left”, “Move to right”. The whole journey is exciting and thrilling. Remember to smile through the splashes and don’t be too nervous. Relax and enjoy the beauty surrounding you. There’s always a possibility of being thrown overboard, but don’t worry, the rafting coach is well-trained and experienced with every level of white water. They will make sure your experience is within the safety limit.
It will be very exhilarating! Participants will feel so nervous and yet relieved because the guide is very experienced and you will feel safe to travel with the guide throughout the whole journey. There was one extra session in the middle of the journey. Participants will have the chance to experience sliding down from the upstream to the downstream of the waterfall. It is one of the highlights of the trip!
You might feel that it is too dangerous to do this! However, trust me, it is really safe because all the experienced guide were there when participants sliding down. During the sliding down, you can experience the cool water and the thrill of sliding. Be relax and flow of the water!
Besides, during the whole trip, there will be the person in charge to help you to take all the photos of the amazing moments during the white water rafting trip. The service is included in the fees paid so you may claim all those photos in soft copy after the trip. The whole journey will take three to four hours and participants will have time to take a small break and enjoy local fruits in halfway of the trip. A lunch is provided after the end of the trip.
